Northern Arizona (Sedona-Flagstaff) Chapter

The Northern Arizona chapter of American Pilgrims was established in 2014. The  chapter’s goals are:

  • To offer opportunities for local pilgrims to gather and hold events related to the Camino.
  • To mentor future pilgrims, promote the pilgrimage and American Pilgrims through social gatherings.
  • To serve as a local host for hospitalero training in the Northern Arizona.

We hold quarterly events, walks and potlucks. These will be listed here but you may also want to check the Local Events page for other events that may be of interest. Contact chapter coordinators Stacey Wittig and Tisha Cazel at [email protected] for more information or to be added to the chapter e-mail list.

In addition to this chapter page on the American Pilgrims website, Northern Arizona chapter events and news can always be found on the chapter's Meetup page:

And be sure to check the third Saturday coffee and chat event under Ongoing Events.

Up to date information about chapter events and news can always be found on our Meetup page at:

Pilgrims Meeting
The third Saturday of every month, 9:00 AM

Please join us on the third Saturday of every month at 9:00 AM at The Field Coffee Shop. This is a time set aside each month for a brief monthly meeting and a time to share all things Camino, help future pilgrims and plan future events. Some months we will meet and leave for a hike as well.

The Field Coffee Shop (in the Old Market Place next to New Frontier)
1370 West State Route 89A
Sedona, AZ 86336

This is a no-host coffee and we ask that you RSVP by the 5th of each month to [email protected].

Are you interested in learning more about the Camino?
If you are thinking of walking the Camino and are interested in learning more, we can pair you with an experienced pilgrim who can answer your questions on how to prepare and what to expect. Just email us at [email protected] and ask to be connected with a mentor.

Remember that in addition to the Northern Arizona chapter Meetup page you also you can visit American Pilgrims on the Camino via Facebook for great dialogue, photos and a running commentary about the Camino from like-minded pilgrims.
